Whenever you need to make a call that requires an interpreter, just call our toll free number. You will then be asked to give your name; your company’s name; the number of the person you want to call; and the language that they will be using.

While you are still on the line, you will be connected to the interpreter, and can explain the background of the call to them. Anything you say will be kept strictly confidential. Once the person you want to contact answers the telephone, you can start talking to them, with the interpreter.
